Doyenne Healthcare Capital Launched by Industry Veterans

A newly launched senior housing company formed by alumni of Ventas (NYSE: VTR) and Capitol Seniors Housing has inked a new joint venture with a real estate investment management firm to invest up to $100 million of equity in the industry. The companies, Doyenne Healthcare Capital and Rockwood Capital, on Wednesday announced the new JV.
