Doyenne Healthcare Capital (“DHC”) is a real estate investment and asset management company focused exclusively on senior housing and healthcare real estate. DHC invests in senior housing and healthcare real estate through joint ventures with institutional capital. The Company provides a comprehensive suite of services, including originations, underwriting, due diligence, asset management, accounting and reporting. Manisha Bathija, the founder of DHC, invests her own capital in each transaction alongside strategic partners.

Manisha spent the greater part of her career focused on healthcare real estate. Her primary focus for senior living is on providing aging Americans with safe, supportive, and life-enhancing housing solutions. She has experienced senior living through family members and understands intimately how important high quality senior living settings are to both residents and family members alike. She has 25+ years of experience in healthcare real estate investments and has completed transactions in excess of $60 billion. Her experience ranges from originations, underwriting, due diligence and capital raising to lending, reporting and asset management.
