Doyenne Healthcare Capital (“DHC”) is a real estate investment firm that forms strategic partnerships with institutional capital partners to deploy capital in healthcare real estate. The company serves as the healthcare real estate vertical for its strategic partners, providing them with a comprehensive suite of services, including acquisitions, underwriting, asset management, dispositions, accounting and fund reporting. Manisha Bathija, the founder of DHC, invests her own capital in each transaction alongside strategic partners.

Manisha spent the greater part of her career focused on healthcare real estate. Her primary focus for senior living is on providing aging Americans with safe, supportive, and life-enhancing housing solutions. She has experienced senior living through family members and understands intimately how important high quality senior living settings are to both residents and family members alike. She has 25+ years of experience in healthcare real estate investments and has completed transactions in excess of $60 billion. Her experience ranges from originations, underwriting, due diligence and capital raising to lending, reporting and asset management.
