Jordyn Berger

Senior Director

Jordyn Berger has 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. She is a Senior Director of Doyenne Healthcare Capital and works alongside Manisha to execute on the company’s acquisition efforts, including sourcing and originating investment opportunities, underwriting and due diligence, and transaction structuring, negotiation, and execution.

Prior to Doyenne Healthcare Capital, Jordyn served as a Senior Director on the Seniors Housing Investment Sales Team at Walker & Dunlop. Jordyn was responsible for sell-side and buy-side advisory for active adult, independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities throughout the US.

Before joining Walker & Dunlop, Jordyn worked as a Director in the Senior Housing Group at Institutional Property Advisors. She also held acquisition roles at Enlivant, a private equity-backed assisted living owner and operator, and Ventas, a leading publicly traded real estate investment trust.

Since 2007, Mrs. Berger has completed over $5 billion of real estate transactions.

Jordyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is a member of the American Seniors Housing Association’s Rising Leaders Program.
